Pricing questions
Is there really no monthly fee?
Yes. On Standard you pay 2% of your sales each month, plus 18% GST on that fee. In a month with no sales you pay nothing.
What does "billed the cheapest option" mean?
At the end of each month IotaPro works out what you would pay on Standard, Grow and Scale for that month's sales and bills the lowest. You never have to switch plans to save money.
What counts as sales?
Paid orders, and cash on delivery orders once collected, without the GST you charged. Refunds reduce it.
Do I pay Razorpay fees too?
Yes. Razorpay charges its own payment fee, settled from your Razorpay account. IotaPro does not add any extra fee on payments.
Can I prepay a plan?
Yes. You can subscribe to Grow or Scale monthly or quarterly. Your months are then billed at that plan's lower commission.
How do I pay IotaPro?
You get one bill a month in Finance. Pay it online, or set up Autopay so it is paid automatically.
