What is IotaPro?
IotaPro is an online store builder for Indian sellers. You get a store with GST invoices, UPI, cards and cash on delivery, returns and discounts, and it connects to IotaBot's AI assistant and inbox.
How much does it cost?
There is no monthly fee on the Standard plan: IotaPro charges 2% of your sales, plus GST. In any month where a plan with a fixed fee works out cheaper, you are billed that instead, automatically.
Do I need IotaBot to use IotaPro?
You sign up with an IotaBot account, which also gives you the inbox and AI assistant. The store works on its own; connecting channels is optional.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every store starts on a free yourbrand.iotapro.com address and you can connect your own domain at any time.
How do I get paid?
Through your own Razorpay account, so payments settle directly to you, and through cash on delivery if you turn it on.
Is my customers' data safe?
Shoppers can download their data or delete their account, as India's DPDP Act requires, and your team only sees the areas you give them access to.
